The hostel's location, just a short walk from the train station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring Taroko Gorge and other parts of eastern Taiwan. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all of us. The common area had a cozy atmosphere, and we enjoyed spending time there as a family. Mini Voyage provided a great experience for our family, and we highly recommend it.
My children wanted to have more kid-friendly facilities or activities available.

mini voyage exceeded my expectations! the beds were huge and the location next to the train station was perfect. the staff, especially sonia, went above and beyond to help us with our questions and even did research for us. definitely recommend renting a scooter to explore the city faster!
insulation could be better, heard noise from neighboring rooms.

We had a great stay at Mini Voyage. the Quad/Family room was just as pictured and a perfect size for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for. the location was convenient and easy to find, just a short walk from TRA Station. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about local restaurants, attractions, and night markets.
Can't fault the property in any way. 😊

The location was mind-blowing, just minutes away from the train station and a short taxi ride to the night market. The hostel itself was super clean and modern, exactly like the pictures. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and each dorm had its own bathroom. The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. it was a jaw-dropping deal that exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and affordability.

Always choose this place, never regret. Staff helped with room problem at night. Suits perfectly. Wi-Fi, dryer, shared kitchen, A/C, flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/out. No pets/smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. the location was convenient, with easy access to train stations and scooter rentals. - the free amenities, such as lemonade, coffee, and instant noodles, were a nice touch.
The window in my room was left open, causing dirt to accumulate on the pillow near it. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, leading to a wet floor after every shower.

Room super clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Free coffee and water, great wifi. Walking distance to train station. Short bus/taxi to downtown. Can't say enough good things!
Could use more social activities for young party-goers.

the hostel had a friendly atmosphere with comfortable and clean rooms. We booked a triple room and a double room for our group of four friends. the rooms were equipped with brand new facilities and even had a small balcony. the hostel provided free instant noodles and coffee/tea, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the lovely view of the mountains from the small lounge. we would highly recommend Mini Voyage to anyone traveling with friends or a youth group.
Can't think of anything. 😊

Upgraded to a triple room for free, giving us more space. • Very clean room with comfortable beds.• Friendly and helpful staff who gave us great recommendations for dinner.• Convenient location near the train station and bus stop for exploring Taroko Gorge.• Excellent value for money.
Stayed in a mixed dorm room which was quite echo-y, making snoring more audible. Slightly far from most attractions, but could be easily solved with bike rentals.

the interior designs were just as pictured, giving off a minimal industrial vibe that I loved. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for things to do and giving directions. the free freshly brewed coffee was a great perk, and the wide selection of canned Taihu beers, including IPA and wheat options, for only 150nt was well worth it. The hostel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. Cons: No issues at all 😊.

One thing that really made our stay enjoyable was the vibrant atmosphere in the shared lounge. It felt like stepping into a bustling coffee shop, with travelers exchanging stories and laughter over steaming mugs, creating a cozy and welcoming environment. We even made some new friends while sipping our morning coffee, and it made our whole experience at the hostel truly memorable.
Limited restroom facilities.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The location was extremely convenient, as it was just steps away from the train station, making it easy to explore the beautiful Taroko Gorge. The room I stayed in was cozy and well-designed, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The hostel facilities were always clean, including the shared spaces and bathrooms. The first floor shared space was curated beautifully and there was also an outdoor area for guests to enjoy. I appreciated the shared water and fridge facilities on each floor, as well as the coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Hard to think of anything.
